Effective Date: 08/26/2024 LoadCount App PRIVACY POLICY FOR USER DATA INCLUDING PRECISE USER LOCATION DATA Anglin Civil firmly believes in practicing only the best in safety and security. I. Data collections and uses A. The data we collect 1. Data provided by users. This includes: •User profile information: We collect data when users create or update their LoadCount App profiles. This may include their name, email, and phone number. 2. Data created during use of our services. This includes: •Location data: We collect precise or approximate location data from users’ mobile devices when users submit tickets on the LoadCount App. Users may request or elect to use the LoadCount App without enabling collection of location data from their mobile devices. However, this may affect users’ eligibility for being on the clock on the LoadCount App. For example, a user who has not enabled precise location data may not be allowed to clock-in on the LoadCount App. B. How we use personal data 2. Safety and security. We use data to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity at Anglin Civil. C. Data sharing and disclosure LoadCount App may share data: 1.
